Please note that when an order is placed on the Rigadoo website, your credit card will be verified and immediately charged for the full amount of your order. This also applies to items that are listed as pre-order.
In the event that Rigadoo is unable to fulfill your order, any remaining items will be cancelled and the charges will be fully refunded for items that have not been shipped to you. This also applies to any orders where cancellation is requested by a customer. Please allow for up to 48 business hours for any refunds to be reflected upon your card after cancellation.
Rigadoo processes and ships items Monday-Friday. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed and/or shipped the following business day.
We do not process or ship orders on the following holidays: New Years Day, Family Day, Good Friday, Victoria Day, Canada Day, Labour Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and Boxing Day.
Rigadoo uses Canada Post for both standard and express deliveries. Please note that Canada Post does not make deliveries on weekends.

All orders will be taxable according to the provincial tax codes of the address to which they are delivered.
If the carrier attempts to make a delivery and no one is home, they may look for a safe place to leave your package, such as a milk box, porch, garage or security desk. Otherwise, they'll leave a delivery notice indicating where you can pick up your package – typically at your local postal outlet.
If your payment method corresponds with your PO address, then yes.
Currently Rigadoo only ships to Canada. Our United States store is opening SOON!
Please be informed that your designated ship to address must reflect the address of the ultimate end-user. Rigadoo will not process any order which specifies an address of a freight forwarder, warehouse, distribution center, airport or hotel.
Statutory Holidays: Our shipping service does not make deliveries on Statutory Holidays. Express shipments scheduled for delivery on a Statutory Holiday will be delivered on the following day. Click here for the full list of Statutory Holidays.
A Canada Post tracking number is provided online at the time your package ships. Please note that items that cannot be delivered may be returned to the Canada Post depot for pickup. We strongly encourage our customers to track their order online to ensure that it is successfully received.
